I now open the circle and invite in all energies of light and love to participate and connect with us and to assist us tonight in bringing in information that will help us. I invite the Arcturian Circle to join us at this time.

I ask each of the Arcturian Circle members to combine and join their energies with each of our energies. We send you light and love and ask for your guidance, information and support tonight. Please join us at this time.

Thank you again for inviting us and asking us to join you tonight. We are so very happy to be here. As always, it is a great joy to join with you in heart, mind, and also in body. It actually completes us when we are with you.

Tonight, we would like to talk about the power of your minds.

Your mind is a very, very powerful energy field. It can provide you with such clarity, but it can also provide you with some obstacles, we should say, and that is what we really want to talk about tonight. We would like to provide you with some guidance, some suggestions for assisting you in releasing your mind so that it can allow you to remember to be clear and to live with ease. The power of your mind can be so daunting when you think about how much it provides to you. But it can also be one of the greatest road blocks that you have in living a life filled with ease, happiness, and love.

From the day that you are born, you come into this world being clear and happy in your conscious mind. We will call it static free. From that day forward you exist in a world with your parents and with other people around you, along with the environments around you, that teach you so many things that are of value. You absorb tons and tons of information and as this information is coming into your heart, your mind, and your body, you begin to develop the ability to think repetitive thoughts.You are programmed to use your mind to think from the very day that you are born. You are programmed, being taught to think of so many things. You go to school, and you are being taught. You are learning, and your mind is used and used and used. Unfortunately, you are rarely taught to just feel. So as you grow into adulthood, your mind has a lot going on, a lot of information is being stored. You are taught to pick a logical path. You are taught to set goals and objectives, to plan. It really is all about learning to use your mind from a logical perspective.  What ends up happening over time is that your mind is overused.

When your mind comes to a point where you cannot turn it off, it is a bit to your detriment. If you look at the little children and you look at the animals around you, you will see that there is not a lot of repetitive thinking going on in their minds. This repetitive thinking may sometimes help you, however generally what it does to you is eat up your energy. We will use an example. We will use one that we know very well because it has happened to Debbie. Debbie grew up in an environment where she was taught to think things through, plan them through, and to think about every possible way that something could happen, so that when it did happen she would know what to do. This ate up a lot of memory. At night Debbie would go to bed thinking about the things that would happen on the following day. She would plan every single thing, how it might go, how it could go. If this thing happened, if this thing did not happen then this was what she would do. What Debbie ended up doing was to spend her entire night planning the next day, and the result of this activity was that she could not sleep. Debbie continued to program her mind over and over; eating up her free time and, as a result, she was not enjoying her life. She was tired. She was creating a reality wherein only thought existed. We are giving you this as an example. Not everyone has a mind that is this active.

We want to talk to you about this tonight because we want you to exist in a state of happiness, bliss, and love. It is not necessary to use your mind in thinking and planning and in re-thinking and re-planning. All that you need to do is to have one simple thought, let it go, and then just enjoy. We have been asked to provide you with guidance on how to shut your mind down, how you can clear your mind so that you can exist in a state of clear thinking, clear thought, and clear mind. We have some simple suggestions for you to try out. We realize that what works for one person may not work for another. We want to help you to relax and to be happy. We want you to know that when you disengage the logical, thinking mind, when you act from your higher self, your intuition, and your soul, you will then disengage your logical mind.

The result of this is that you will not obsessively think about your past, present, and future, and you will live more in a state of now. Your mind will become your friend when you endeavor to live in a state of now. The concept of time is simply a parameter that you have learned to live with throughout your life. We are telling you that if you disengage your logical mind and live from a state of heart, then time will become more fluid. When your mind is not overactive, time will become more fluid, and you can use time in any way that you want. When you find yourself involved in repetitive thinking and are becoming frustrated, we ask that you set the intent to stop. Set intent by thinking of these thoughts as your friends. Occasionally your friends rub you the wrong way. When this happens, it is best to send them love and blessing, and let the intent go. As with your friends, your thought friends can be blessed and loved and then let go. Think your thought, give it love and gratitude, and then let it go.

There is another way to turn off an overactive mind by accessing your third eye. Your third eye is where we exist. You may occasionally see us as the colors orange, green, purple, and blue. This is us. If you are in the correct space to access your third eye chakra, at night when you are in bed for example, focus your attention on your third eye. You will find that your mind will immediately quiet down. Any obsessive, repetitive thought patterns will simply turn off when you fully engage your third eye.

We speak to you about this because we want you to experience happiness, peace, and joy in your lives. These states are best achieved with a quiet mind. A quiet mind will more easily allow you to invite in the energies of love and happiness.
