Yes, you have picked up on our suggestions. We thought this would be a really good topic to discuss right now. We suppose it is always a good subject to discuss [great laughter]. We are so very happy to connect and be so very near to you right now. All those connected to you will be feeling this connection. Thank you for being the portal for this connection. Let us begin.
What is fear? It is an energy and a feeling. What is love? Is it not the same? An energy and a feeling. Yes, most definitely, yes. They both are feelings and energies. For the purpose of this conversation, we will categorize fear as an energy. Fear and love are similar in that they are energies that you sense and feel. One feels good to you and one feels bad. They are at opposite ends of the energetic spectrum. One is the highest vibrating energy, and one is the lowest vibrating energy. They are opposites. They contrast each other. In your world one cannot exist without the other. Ask yourself, how do you know the depth of love unless you have felt the depth of fear. Very profound when you think about it. Yes?
From our perspective there really are only two emotional energies in your world. The first is love, and the second is fear. All the other emotions are variations of the frequency of these two vibrations. This certainly does simplify things. Think about all the emotions that feel good to you, happiness, joy, gratitude, appreciation, compassion and on and on. These are variations of the love vibration. Sadness, depression, anger, jealousy, hatred and many other emotions are variations of the fear vibration.
When you chose to come to the Earth reality or experience, you chose to do so to experience contrast. Fear and love are one of the contrasting vibrations you came to experience. Over the course of your lifetimes and all of your lifetimes, you have been learning, growing and expanding. You see, fear is a great teacher. Understanding fear (the category of fear which encompasses all the vibrations of fear) as a teacher can help you expand very rapidly and with ease. We know that is hard to imagine and believe, but let us talk a little bit more to help you align with our suggestions.
Let us use an example . Think back to a time when you were in school. Your age does not matter, but think of two teachers. One teacher that you liked, was easy to listen to and was easy on you. Another teacher may have been a little rough around the edges, was tough and really pushed you to the limit. Really think about this. Who did you learn more and expand more from. Usually the tough teacher who pushed you to the limit had some type of effect on you. This teacher may have frustrated you and made you angry, but in the end you found that you learned more from her/him and had opportunities for great expansion.
This is the same opportunity that fear provides for you. Here is a tip, and we believe it is a really good one. (1) When you feel that first little bit of fear surfacing from within yourself, allow it to happen. What? Yes, we said allow it to happen. Remember the law of attraction, what you focus on expands. So if your first reaction is to stop the fear, to suppress it, to get rid of it at all costs; you will find that it is going to get BIGGER. The more you suppress it, the bigger it will get. We know you know this because we know you’ve done it. All humans do this [smile]. We are not making fun of you, just simply validating that we know that everyone does this. So there is great opportunity for growth here.
Next step. Once you recognize that fear is starting to appear from within you. Just simply recognize it and allow it to happen. You can say something like this: “I am feeling some fear right now, let me just allow it to be.” Of course, if you are afraid because you are in a dangerous situation, we suggest that you remove yourself from that dangerous situation. But if the fear you are feeling is due to something else, then we suggest you just allow that fear to be, allow it to surface.
Now we will divulge a very deep secret. The simple act of allowing the fear that you are feeling surface will do you no harm. If you allow it to be, allow it to come to the surface and allow it to be released, it is so much less dramatic. Feeling fear cannot harm you. Holding it in for any length of time can create great resistance.
Now, the next step. You’ve recognized that you are feeling fear, you’ve chosen to let it be and allow it to be released. All of this is being done from the observation perspective. Now, here is the really good part, ask fear what it was here to teach you. There is always a lesson, whether it is big or small, to learn from fear. We promise you that it is ALWAYS an opportunity for growing, for learning and for expanding.
