What role do animals, particularly horses, dogs and cats that seem to bond most closely with humans, play in helping us to expand? It seems that Arcturian energy is innocent, pure, and loving, like it is in these animals. Have these animals helped us to bring about a connection between us and you?

Animals that have grown close to humans over the course of your evolution or animals that are called companions are helping raise your vibrations. They chose to assist in the ascension of the humans around them. They love unconditionally, and they are helping you to know what it is like to be in a state of pure awareness, flow, fun, happiness and love.
They are considered innocent because they are not connected to mass consciousness in the same way humans are. They retain their unbiased connection to Source energy. They do not have other animals who tell them they should act or think in a certain way. They remember their soul purpose and live and act from their heart centers more than their minds. As you know, they are intelligent, have free will and love unconditionally. They think, but mostly they feel. Feelings are what connect them to their heart centers. They as a collective have chosen to assist in the expansion of human consciousness. It is a very important role and one that is not as widely known as some others.
The Arcturian energy is similar to the energy of animals in several ways, but mostly because our highest desire is to love and be loved and to practice love. We also are directly connected to our Source. The animals on your planet also are highly connected to their Source.
The animals have taught Debbie how to connect and how to receive energetic information. She has learned how to attune her energy to many different frequencies and vibrations. She also has learned how to receive energetic information via different methods. This pushed her to expand her abilities and readied her for the way in which we transmit energetic information. The animals are extremely open and forgiving. They do not judge and do not have expectations. This also helped her to fine tune her ability for receiving information. We send information through in large packets or pages. Debbie must be able to translate that information quickly. She must translate and document the information before the next packet of information is sent through. The animals prepared her for this method of receiving information. Because we are transmitting our energies and information through many dimensions, it is necessary to send a lot of information at one time. She has had to adjust her energy, her body, her mind and her heart center to be an open receptor for large amounts of information and energy at one time.

These animals are a reflection of you for the purposes of your expansion. Because they live their lives outside their minds or through their hearts, they have more knowledge and remembrance of who they are when they are in spirit.
Yes, these animals have helped to bring about a connection between the Arcturian Circle and you. They are reflective in so many ways of what we, the Arcturians, have become ascending through eons of time. They are innocent and pure because they have a super-connection to their souls.
This began with Debbie learning how to connect to and speak with the animals, for many animals have not had a voice on your planet. Over the course of a few years, she learned how to bring through their connection without bias or influence of her own agendas. She became a clear channel, and it also allowed her to develop the skill of changing her frequency (like a radio channel) with great accuracy and speed to move from one non-physical being to the next. These two skills are necessary to allow us to connect through her to others and to ensure the information that we transmit is sent without changing its meaning and without judgment and ego.
The animals are intelligent and sentient beings that are highly connected to Source energy. When you spend time with them, you see who you really are reflected in them and back to you. They play an important part in raising the vibration of your planet and your consciousness.
There are many groups of individuals who are connecting to non-physical consciousness and are working through the process of expansion. We are very grateful for these groups. We are telling you that you have connected to a very important key that is not present in many of the teachings. This is the connection to the animal consciousness and all the other types of consciousness of the planet (such as plants and minerals, etc.).
To raise your consciousness and vibrations/energy and that of the planet, it is essential to be connected to the other realms of your world. This is a KEY.
