Over the last couple of weeks a great deal of energy has come into our planet. We talked quite a bit at our last session about several waves of energy that came in. Some of these were produced by the Arcturians themselves, and some were magnetic waves and sun flares. We also have some planetary alignments that are happening and all the energies of all the people that exist on this planet today adding to that which is going on. Lots and lots of energy is coming in. In addition, a pretty significant shift of vibrational frequencies happened in the last seven days, and the energy was significantly amped up. Many people have been feeling this in many different ways, some being exceptionally tired, some being unable to sleep. Sleep cycles are being impacted. Many people are having dreams about going to school, going to work, being in places where there were many, many people gathered together in what felt like offices or school buildings or malls. This is because many people have been gathering in the sleep state and enhancing energetic frequencies together. Many folks have been feeling as if they have been a little bit wired, meaning the energy within them has been running a little bit higher than normal. Another example of things that have been happening is seeing things that don’t exist. We would like to say that it’s not that these things really don’t exist, but you’re starting to see the new earth materialize. You also are starting to see that many of the beings and energies that exists in the other dimensions are coming much closer to you now, or you’re coming much closer to them. You’re starting to feel them and see them more readily. That’s going to continue, so don’t get used to where you are currently. We know it’s very exciting to see all these things happening. You’re going to start recognizing each other . We don’t mean just the people in this room or in this virtual room. We mean you’re going to start seeing, as you carry out your day, people you more easily recognize at the soul level. Some of you have had those experiences over the past week or two. The frequency of change is moving very much more quickly than it has in the past. We don’t like to repeat ourselves, but we say again that this will continue. However, all the energetic things that you’ve been experiencing should start to level out a little bit. In the next few days you should start sleeping a little bit better, feeling a little bit more relaxed. Just know that the energies will probably feel somewhat smoother in the next week or two.

Even so, there are some planetary alignments that are happening that will be impactful in many ways. There is also an aligning, probably aligning is not the best way to explain this, but more of a raising of the curtain materializing. This means being able to see everything for what it really is, meaning that you’re going to find it much more easy or transparent to know what really is happening at a true level. You may see a news report or you may hear somebody say something and you are going to know what’s truly happening. This is all taking place because of what’s happening on the planet as the structures and organizations and processes all are starting to disintegrate. As you hear people speak, as you see stories in the paper, as you find yourselves confronted or know of events in the 3-D world, what is actually happening is going to become much more transparent. You are going to have an innate knowing simply because you’re connecting to what truly is. You’ll find that happening more and more with each and every day. In summary, the planetary alignments of the solstice, the solar eclipse coming up and the lunar eclipse are going to bring more transparency to your planet. You’ll be able to see things much more clearly. The lunar eclipse and the solar eclipse especially are all about being able to see the dark as well as the light and knowing that even though you can see the darkness you are seeing it from a very detached perspective. This is because there is truly nothing to fear. We wanted to give you this update on the energies that have been happening lately.

Question: With all the energetic challenges and changes that are currently happening and will continue which the humans are feeling, how can a human being assist an animal companion in navigating through these changes easily?

Answer: Well, you might or might not be surprised that the animals are more innately tuned into Mother Earth and the energetic changes that are happening and process through them usually more easily and smoothly than the human beings on this planet. When there are animals that are connected to humans, they may be processing through the changes in a very similar fashion simply because they are connected to the humans within their family structure. Thus they may take on some of the human energy. Then there are some animals that also process the change in a similar way to the human being. We simply say that the best thing you can do to assist your animals is very similar to what you can do to assist yourself. When you begin recognizing that you’re going through some challenge or some change, don’t push against it. What we mean by this is that you need to give yourself some time. You really need to give yourself what you need, not what you feel you need to do. Pushing through the energy will simply make the challenges even more profound. If you can get relief for yourself and help yourself to feel better, it’s going to have a ripple effect on your animal companions. Animals are much more attuned to the earth itself and can sense what is intuitively needed. When the human energy gets involved, it can sometimes pull them away from what they really need to do. What we’re saying is that humans should pay attention to what you really need and let what the animals need fall into place. What we believe that you can do to assist yourself is not to push against it. Recognize that you are going through a change and simply try to go with it, not against it.

Question: What are the red spots that have popped up all over Debbie’s body.

Answer: Thank you. We always enjoy it when when you ask a question about Debbie when she’s unwilling to ask it herself. Why she hasn’t asked is really the right question. The answer is that they are simply a side effect of all the energy that she has been carrying in her body of late. She described it as feeling as if she had ants crawling on her body and little insects biting her. Basically what was happening was that she was having energy leakages in several spots on her body, as well as clearing out some older denser energies. These together with the high vibrational frequencies that were coming in were pushing out the old. They were pushing it out pretty quickly and not in a very simple and flowing way. They were pushing it out very quickly, causing some irritation. She is very much in alignment and understands what happened. A physical experience always is a process of learning for her, and this is the way it’s always been. This was simply a process of expansion.

Question: What are the ramifications of the BP oil spill?

Answer: Well, this process of spillage is not unlike a process that we just explained that happened within Debbie’s body. It is a big process of cleansing the old as the new higher vibrational frequencies come in. It sounds very simple for us to say to you that that’s what is happening, but that is exactly what we’re going to say to you, The basis for the oil leak is simply to accelerate the expansion and ascension of Mother Earth. She made the decision to accelerate her own vibration. She is ascending, and this is the process which she is using. However, for us to say that this is the only reason that this spill is happening would be an understatement. There are so many different reasons that this spill is taking place. We’ll name a few, but before we go that route we want to explain something to you. If you look directly at the oil spill and all of the inhabitants in the ocean and in the parts of Mother Earth that are involved, it is hard to look. We know that, and we have great gratitude and great reverence for what Mother Earth is doing to assist in this ascension and expansion process. It is really is an unselfless act. Everyone that is involved in this is involved in a very masterfully orchestrated experience. As you have known, we’ve given this piece of information before. We will say for this current time, this is what the energy reads, and it can change. For right now, however, this feels to us like what will happen. At the current time it does not look to us like there is any physical or humanly possible way to cap this oil. Other things are manifesting under the earth itself where gas and bubbles are building up. There may be underground explosions or volcanic eruptions that may occur because of this oil spill. If you tap into that energy, you can feel that it’s really building now. Know that whatever happens, everyone that is participating is doing so at a soul level consciously, meaning that even the animals and the people involved in the explosion at the beginning chose this path. It may not be easy to look at, but know that this is truly potentially the experience or catalyst for many things coming to light. What we mean is that it looks to us at this point in time that there will be several things that will be disclosed that have been held in secret for a long time. This would happen in order to save the oil, the oceans and all involved. Specifically what they are seems to change pretty much on a daily basis, if not more often. However, the energy still is moving along from the perspective that there will be some type of disclosure. What we see happening at this time is that there really isn’t any solution physically present as far as what is supposedly known to the mass population. The technology is not currently known as to how to stop this. In other words, currently the generally known technology cannot stop this, so there may need to be technology that is not fully disclosed brought out into the open to assist in stemming the oil flow. Also, other forms of energy or the way to create other forms of energy may be brought out as well. There are so many different possibilities as to how this could play out. It’s really hard for us to know because the situation constantly changes. There are so many people, light workers that are sending such love and higher vibrations to this that it is lifting it up much more quickly and changing the outcomes. All we can tell you for sure is that this is an earth changing experience. It’s one of the things that is really going to raise the vibration of the planet. If you look at this from an understanding or knowing that although it is looking as though the spill destroyed part of Mother Earth, in reality underneath that current of destruction something new is being created. That is how we want you to look at it. Continue to send your positive thoughts, your prayers and think that the best thing you can do for this situation is to send your gratitude. That is the energy that will assist in bringing us through this. To predict the outcome, you know we do not do that, but we can tell you the way the energy is pointing. It is a significant event in Earth’s history. Specifically send gratitude to Mother Earth and all involved. The best thing that everybody can do is to place yourself in a state of gratitude as if whatever is happening has already happened and give thanks for it. That will bring it through in a much easier way.

Question: Is it possible to stand either energetically or physically on the other side of the veil?

Answer: The answer is yes, but we’ll explain more. It is possible to physically stand on the other side, but would it feel good? It would probably be difficult for many people. We’re not saying that no one can do it, and we know that many people in this room do it from time to time. Staying there on an ongoing basis really is not possible, but you’re getting lots of glimpses of it. Yes, you can be there from time to time. The more you align your vibrational frequencies to it, the more you will find that you’re able to go there. You can go there energetically, spiritually sending your energy there. Sending your energy body there is much easier to do. Your energy body is higher vibrationally than your physical body. As your physical body becomes attuned vibrationally, you will find you are able to go there more often. What you are going to be experiencing more and more with each and every day is that you’re going to start seeing bits and pieces of the other side. We will call it the new earth. You can call it the other dimension or whatever you want to call it. You are going to start seeing those beings that are in spiritual form. You’re going to start seeing them more often. You’re going to see them much more clearly and not with your internal vision, your third eye. You’re going to see them with your physical eyes where before you were seeing them mostly peripherally, like when you blink your eyes and then look back and it’s gone. You’re going to see it at greater length, and the more you see it at greater length the more you will see it at greater length, and the more you see it the greater length the more and will happen. You know that this is already happening. The other things that you’re noticing is that things look a little bit brighter as if somebody turned up the brightness on the TV. Things are getting more vivid. You’re probably seeing particles vibrate. If you go out and look, you may see that the sky looks like it has glitter or particles. It’s all a part of that. It’s happening with more frequency. It’s happening with more vibrancy. We would say that it is probably not in your best interest to try to go there physically for any great length because it can cause physical distress. When you are supposed to go there, it will be easy for you to go there physically. So just be patient, and the more patient you are and allow things to happen in the time that they’re supposed to happen, you’ll find that this happens more quickly..

Question: The energy feels much denser now as though it’s easier to connect to plants and animals. Will this continue to increase?

Answer: We would say that the energy is not denser now. Saying that another way, we believe what you are describing is more that there are more energies present. The reason it feels denser is because there’s much more light present. It’s kind of like going into a room that used to have one lightbulb and now there are one hundred, so there’s much more energy and light present. We would not call that dense. We would call that more energy. Thus it is easier to connect to plants and animals. We would think that it would be because you’re running a higher circuit of energy, and you’re more matched to their line of communication. You are more than likely able to connect with much more than just animals and plants simply because you’re attuning to other higher vibrational frequencies. You are also clearing out some of the old, we are going to use the word density since you used it, within your communication processes. So you are able to bring more of that ability to connect within yourself.

Question: Is this process going to increase much more?

Answer: We think it’s going to increase. We actually know that it’s going to increase. This is even more reason to take care of yourself.

Question: Why does drinking lots of water assist you?

Answer: When you are continually drinking lots of water, it facilitates the process of clearing. It is also an energetic magnifier meaning that it assists you as a conductor of electricity or energy, and it carries life. It’s really a life force enhancer. We think you had a second part to that questions that you might not have stated, but we think your question might have been something like, why did it not help me this weekend. The answer to this is because you were not consistent with drinking the water. Our point is that consistency is really key. We know water is not the most fun thing to drink and that diet Coke and Sprite and grape soda and a Starbucks are all fun things to drink. However, we will tell you that the more water you drink. The more often you drink water, the more water you will crave, and the easier it will get. You will see benefit to drinking more water. Consistency is important, and sometimes you do need a more water. We understand that you are actually trying to cleanse something out of your body, but one, two or three days will not assist you. You need to be more consistent. The more water you drink, the better off you are, simply because water is life. Water carries life. Water carries energy. It will raise your vibration. It will nourish your body. It will amplify and magnify all that you need it to do. When you have those periods of time when you’re feeling like you might need a more assistance, not only drinking the water is a wonderful thing, but placing yourself in the water itself is another way to assist.

Question: What happened when I was at a shopping center and saw a human being with some kind of energy, an entity or being or something taking over this human body, and I saw the body glowing with brilliant light, and green eyes.

Answer: Do we know who and what it is? We would say yes, and we would also say that you know who as well. We’ll be glad to explain who it is. This is the experience that we were talking about earlier about you being able to really begin to see everyone’s true soul identity, seeing down to who one really is. There was no taking over the body of this person. There might’ve been a some confusion on the human’s part, but it wasn’t taken over. It was simply a showing to the core, showing to the soul. There is something you also probably want to remember. This human you saw may have been feeling like, where the heck am I and what happened to me? There was no fear present in this person who really wasn’t taken over. The point that we want to make is that because we are all one out of body, meaning that this energy that was within this person was very connected to this energy of oneness, even though she might not have been aware of it. So this being that you saw was actually one of us. This person that we chose to come through was someone to whom we are closely connected. She knows who we are at our soul level, and we knew that. So it was not a taking over, if you will, but simply a showing through to the core, allowing each of you to recognize each other for who you really are. We would say to you, had you asked her what she saw, she would have told you that she saw something very similar in you, a recognition. It was also a gift to us. More of that will happen.
