So much is going on in your external and internal worlds right now that we thought it would be a good time to remind you of the power of your ability to focus your intent. Your internal belief systems can be difficult to reprogram, and changing what is wrong in the world can appear to be more than one person can do. When you are noticing the ugly, bad and oppressive situations around you more and more, this is an indication and a reminder that it is the perfect time to shift your focus. We want you to do a mental inventory during your day of those people, places, events and situations that you’ve placed your attention on. Be conscious of what you’ve said, the words that you have used and the pictures you’ve seen throughout the day. When you are in a state of noticing what is wrong in the world; you will also talk about it, think about it and see it repeatedly throughout each day. The more you see what is wrong, the more you feel what is wrong. The more you feel what is wrong, the more “what is wrong” invades your internal world. What is wrong in the external world becomes what is wrong with your internal world. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this perspective. It is wonderful that you have the ability to experience contrasting situations, for through contrasting situations you can be aware and choose to change your focus. Be grateful for that!

For the past few days,  I have been feeling disjointed and chaotic energies present. From what I’ve been seeing and hearing, others have been having similar experiences.  You may know, I am also an animal communicator and while I was connected this morning to a sweet horse named Gracie; I saw all four of her feet covered in dense, dark energy. She then showed me many pockets of dense energy moving up, out and away from the Earth all around her, much like smoke rising from a fire. She also showed me many other bubbles of bright yellow energy moving all around. The bright yellow bubbles of energy appeared to be helping the dense pockets of energy move out and away from Mother Earth.  This helped me to understand what we all have been experiencing. Lots of dense and heavy energies circulating around us and causing disruption and feelings of being tired while we attempt to navigate through the proverbial “mine fields”.  This led me to wonder how we could navigate these energies more easily and possibly tap into the higher vibrating “yellow bubbles” of energy.

That’s when I recognized that our Arcturian friends were present and they wanted to share the answer to this questions with us.  They told me that Mother Earth had been releasing many forms of lower vibrating energies for the last 10 – 14 days. She has been going through a process of balancing her masculine and feminine energies and raising her own core vibration. Bumping into the pockets of these denser energies may cause us to feel tired and drained. We may also feel like we are in a pin ball game bouncing around, looking for a soft place to land. It  can feel very chaotic and jagged. They also wanted us to know that there are energetic techniques we can use to navigate these energies much more effectively and with greater ease.

They communicated three steps to me. 1) Keep your heart center clear and open, 2) allow yourself to be grounded to Mother Earth and 3) ask your own Soul to guide you through the energies. The Arcturian Circle also provided me with the details of each step and explained that it is important to do all three steps together.

Step one, clear and open your heart center; envision brilliant emerald green light flowing through your heart center, the area in the middle of your chest surrounding your physical heart. I like to use the image of a flower that is opening fully. See the flower and imagine that it is blooming and opening and the beautiful emerald green energy flows freely through the center of the flower. The light flowing through your heart center will clear it. The image of the flower blossoming will open it up and allow your own soul energy to flow through it.

Step two, ask to be fully grounded into Mother Earth. See your energy flow out of the bottom of your feet, into Mother Earth and easily ground you. Please make sure to offer your love and gratitude for this grounding and connection to Mother Earth.

Step three, ask your Soul to guide you and help you safely navigate the energies that are currently present. You can do this silently within the energy of your mind or say it out loud. That’s it. It’s simple.

Some things to keep in mind. It really doesn’t matter what order you do the three steps in, only that you do all three. It also is not important that you see the bright green energy or anything else. We all have different telepathic preferences and some of us may see energy vibrantly, where others may feel it, still others may just know. Your intention is what is really important. If you consciously intend / ask for this to happen, it will. And the most important thing to remember is to be open and trust that you will be artfully guided by your own Soul, simply because you asked.

The dream started out at my house in Cave Creek, Arizona. This is a beautiful place, but it is totally desert landscape. Lots of sand, rocks andsaguaro cacti. I was walking around our yard and was talking on the phone to a friend. Our yard was not bright green with lots of lush green grass, lots of green plants and flowers. There was a dock in our backyard that bordered a lake. I stepped onto the dock and said to my friend that she was not going to believe what I was experiencing. I told her that there was now water, green grass and a dock in our backyard. I went on to say that I knew that I was still at my same home in Arizona but I could clearly see and feel that there was now a lake, a dock and lots of greenery present. I then told her she needed to see it for herself and I held up my cell phone so she could see it.

When I awoke I knew that the Arcturians were again showing me what was possible. That we can create whatever we want, from where ever we are. The New Earth is being created right where we are; right here, right now.

When I woke up I was still connected to the stream of energy and knew that it was another message that this is what it feels and looks like when we connect to the soul within each individual we meet. This is a vision of the energies of the New Earth and what life will be like when shift into that reality.

The Dream
Myself, my husband and a friend were at our current home. The house looked almost identical to the house that we are currently living in, so I knew that the the message was for our current time frame. We went out into our backyard through a double door (similar to a sliding glass door) to watch a huge, dark storm that was happening in the Northwest. It was big with lots of dark clouds, lightening and thunder. We went back into the house for a short while and then decided to go back out and check on the progress of the storm again. The storm was gone. We could now see in the Northern sky a large luminous sphere that looked like a planet approaching very quickly. It appeared to be headed our way. It was very large and was brilliant emerald green and bright blue in color. The three of us just stood there and watched it approach. We were very excited about its arrival and did not feel frightened. We knew it was not going to collide with our Earth. The closer it got the more vivid and brilliant the green and blue colors became. It looked like it was vibrating and was alive. As it got closer it started to get smaller and it swooped down, flew past us and into our open double doors. We all looked at each other and smiled.

Answer: Thank you for delving into this subject further by asking this question. It is a good one, and we are very happy to answer it. Creating the New Earth is more about a feeling than it is about a vision. We recommend that you focus on the feelings of love, peace, happiness and gratitude, and the New Earth will be created through those energies. We could tell you what we see when we look at the New Earth, but those images or visions come from our perspective and are seen through our eyes. We can tell you that there is a core thread that runs through this creation, and it is the core energetic vibration of Love. Focusing on and setting your intentions on Love is really all that is necessary, and everything else will fall into place in perfect synchronicity.

The frequencies of peace, harmony and gratitude are all aspects of the vibration of love. So to simplify things even further; just focus on love. We do understand that this may feel like we are not really answering your question; but it really is not possible for us to answer this question and explain what it is you will or should be seeing. Each one of you sees your surroundings in a way that is specific to you. We can illustrate this point by asking you and another person to explain what a specific place you both have been to looks like. More than likely each of you will describe the same place differently. But if you both love this place, you will easily identify with the feelings you experienced when you visited this place, and they will most likely be the same or very similar.  Colors, objects, people and buildings may all look different, but if you both enjoyed being in this place; you will remember the feelings of happiness, joy and contentment in a very similar way.

So each and every day as you envision, intend and create the next moment of each minute of each day; do so with the vibration of love. As you think about what you want for yourself and others as you go about your daily routine or while you are doing your job; infuse the energy of love in those thoughts. As you drive home, shop for your groceries or make your dinner; set your intentions to do so with love. And as you dream of creating the New Earth, do so with love. As you choose your destination as the New Earth, do so with love. The energy of love will serve to create perfectly what is coming.

When you create and do so through the vibration of love with complete clarity, then only beauty can be created. We want your lives to be easy and simple. Life does not need to be hard, and you do not need to struggle. Struggle up to this point has created great lessons and expansion for you. But it is now time to move into a simpler form of living. As you focus your intentions and your thoughts on creating by using the vibration of love; you simplify everything. You are going right to the core, the root, the heart of all that really matters. You will see your environment shift dramatically, and the New Earth will be created moment by moment; one day at time. It will be beautiful because it was created out of love from your hearts.

The Dream
David (my husband) and I were at a very large amusement park, which reminded me of Disney Land. We were walking on a very wide pedestrian bridge that over-looked the park on one side, the side we were facing. Looking down at the park we could see lots of families having fun. A sense of joy and excitement filled the air. It was a beautiful clear day and the sky was a bright blue. Just then I saw a large object in the sky. It was circular and had some spokes within it. It reminded me of a wheel. It wasn’t the shape that I really remember, it was the color of the object which was bright blue and yellow. I pointed it out to David. We watched it as it came to land in the park and became one of the amusement park rides. It was such a beautiful sight and everyone was watching it land and lock in place. David and I talked about how we knew that this event took place every morning and how much fun it would be to enjoy each day.

I then woke up. I became aware that the object was actually the Arcturian Light Tool for peace. I was also aware that I never saw what was on the other side of the bridge, as if it did not matter or did not exist.

The Arcturian Circle explained to me that the bridge represents the divide between our old world and the new world we are creating. What is behind us does not matter. We should focus our intent daily on creating a new world filled with peace, love, joy and happiness. They explained that an optimal time to do that is first thing in the morning when we wake up,  launching our intentions and allowing them to lock into place. They suggested that we use the Arcturian Light Tool for Peace to amplify our intentions, by simply looking at it and feeling its energy or meditating with it.

I remembered feeling very peaceful and happy when I woke up and the Arcturians reminded me how important it is to keep our focus on what we want to create. Staying focused on the present moment and not looking at what lies behind us. Keeping it simple, trusting that the details will unfold perfectly and concentrating on the feelings that we want to be surrounded by, peace, love and happiness.

When you decide to go on a vacation, your first decision is about choosing where you want to go..It is always a choice, and you usually take many things into account. For example, how much time you have, how much it will cost and how you will get there. Once you’ve decided where you are going, you then begin the preparation process. But all the while, you think about that wonderful destination. We ask you, right here and right now to choose your destination where you want to go during this great shift. You do not need to be concerned about how you will get there, how much it will cost or how much time you have. You have only to choose where you want to go. Do you want to choose a beautiful and peaceful destination or something completely the opposite? You have a choice. We recommend that you choose the destination of the fifth dimensional reality of the New Earth.

Once you make your decision and you choose your destination as the New Earth, then be happy about the choice you have made. Let it go and keep yourself focused on the destination. Remember, that once you choose, nothing will keep you from going somewhere else. You are the only one that gets to choose your destination. No one else can choose it for you. Just like when you think about your dream vacation, we want you to dream about the New Earth. The more you focus your energy on the New Earth, the more real it becomes. Keep your focus and do not allow yourself to be deterred from that focus. It is very much like you buying tickets to Hawaii for your vacation and then seeing lots of advertisements for other destinations. Once you’ve made your decision and bought your tickets, you really don’t care about all the commercials and other advertisements. You know you are going to Hawaii, and you are thinking only about it.

We ask you to do the same with what is happening in your world today. Do not pay any attention to all the drama and other events that can distract you from your true destination of the new reality. This does not mean you ignore what is happening on your planet or the people that are experiencing many tragic events. You can be aware of these events, send the energy of love to them and to the people and beings participating in the events; but you must stay detached from them. We have found that it is often difficult for human beings to watch these events without being affected by them. Because of that, we suggest that you no longer watch them or immerse yourself in them. Keep yourself focused on creating a beautiful and peaceful space.

You have chosen your destination, the New Earth. You can maintain your focus on that destination by anchoring your energy into that new reality. You can do this through intention and thought. Before you get up out of bed in the morning, say to yourself, “It is my intention to connect with the New Earth. I anchor my heart with the heart center of the New Earth. It is also my intention to navigate this connection with ease.” We also suggest that you set this intention before going to sleep. Your heart centers are extremely powerful and will assist Mother Earth in her transformation with greater ease. Your heart centers are powerful magnifiers of energy, much greater then the power of the mind. By anchoring your heart centers in this way, you will amplify the energies of the new reality.

You are powerful creators in a very pivotal time on your planet. We want you to know that you can consciously choose your destination. It will not be chosen for you. What you think about and focus on is what you will create. We want you to deliberately create a beautiful, joyous and peaceful planet. But to do that, you must choose your destination and keep your thoughts and energy focused on that specific destination. Do not allow other people, events or teachers to deter you from what you choose to create. It is not too late to create a new reality. It is never too late to create a new reality. Consciously choose your destination now, pack your proverbial luggage and connect your heart centers to your intended destination.
